Dr Bindu Rathore is currently serving as the Vice President Marketing at RTDS. She is responsible for Global Business growth, Strategic direction, Creative thinking, innovation strategies, and, most importantly, helping teams get smarter while the business grows. With a proven track record of over 16 years, her works had shown business impacts and earned recognition from the industry as the Most Innovative Product Technology Award by the Economic Times, Global Women Leader Award - by WLCC India, Telangana Women Leader Award from CMO Asia, and Women Super Achiever Marketing Award from Aim Asia. She is an IIM Indore Alumni, a recognized Motivational and Leadership Trainer in Asia and the Middle East.

Rajesh is a dynamic business specialist and sales strategist with over 22 Years of rich experience in the IT and Telecom domain. He is a certified cloud practitioner and solution architect with experience managing the entire spectrum of Hyperscaler cloud business development and alliance relationships globally at enterprise and public sector markets.
He had proficiently driven revenue opportunities, enhanced cost efficiencies, and strengthened partner relationships across cloud partner networks, i.e., AWS, Azure, VMware, Google, and Oracle. Rajesh has vast leadership experience with demonstrated capabilities in conceptualizing and executing high-level strategies, addressing business-critical challenges, and building overarching technology frameworks. Rajesh had served organizations like Wipro, Hughes, HCL, and Motherson. As a Vice President (Sales) at RTDS, Rajesh is defining GTM & growth path strategy for driving revenue growth, business development, and customer success.

Manish is RTDS’s Group Finance Controller. He brings more than a decade of senior financial controllership and accounting experience to Real Time Data Services.
He has a CPA (USA) license from the American Institute of Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA), and a degree in CA from The Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants from India. He is responsible for overseeing our global financial operations.

Sohrab, the Global Business Head for AWS at RTDS, specializes in building strong, self-sustaining, and high-performing teams that are customer-centric and execution-focused. He is a strategic business leader with 16 years of expertise in deal shaping and closure for Digital, Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), DevOps, Security, IoT, and more. Sohrab has leveraged his strong business acumen and prowess to spearhead business transformation, innovations, P&L ownership, Sales & Marketing, International Business, Channel Development, and strategic business alliances for many high-growth organizations. He successfully managed P&L for the Cloud business unit – all while delivering constant YoY revenue growth. His finesse resides in aggregating isolated information, connecting the dots, illuminating insights, and then coherently articulating transformative ideas to exploit business opportunities and mitigate threats. Sohrab believes in building high-performance teams, developing partnerships, and sparking innovation to drive business transformation and broaden the horizon.

Deepak Taneja is heading the Support Operations for ACE Cloud Hosting at RTDS, a managed cloud service that helps customers to run their business anywhere, anytime with ease. For over 13 years, Deepak has been a noteworthy leader in the managed support space. He is ITIL certified and has graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from DR. Bhimrao Ambedkar University.

Anup is our Software Development Manager with more than 10 years of experience in the field. He is responsible for setting our technology strategy, planning, software deployment, and scaling up our global platform further. He is passionate about technology, computer science, and innovation. He is a certified Agile Scrum Master and his team follows the Agile Software Development process for managing development tasks and reporting.
He has completed his MCA from AKTU, Lucknow, and B.Sc from Purvanchal University.

Ashwani is the Information Technology Manager at RTDS. He’s a VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) and ITIL Certified with 14+ years of work experience in cloud computing, data center virtualization, project, and team management.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in information technology from Sikkim Manipal University.

Hitesh is our Cloud Communication Support Manager and offers more than a decade’s experience in this sector. He is a people’s person and loves learning new things every day.
He holds an MCA in Computer Programming from IFTM College.

Mohit Jain is an avid cloud enthusiast and has worked on designing cloud solutions for hundreds of SME businesses on VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
Mohit Jain is heading the Inbound Sales function and operation with RTDS by developing strategic objectives and overseeing the company's revenue generation goals with 8+ years of experience in sales, talent management, and cloud solutions.
In his personal time, he can be found hitting the road, exploring new places and cultures.

Samaksh Thakur manages sales within RTDS Acefone group. He is a visionary Sales Manager with extensive experience in selling VOIP, Hosted PBX, Bespoke Solutions, and Cloud Telephony. Adept at seeking out new technologies, team handling, and remaining up-to-date on product upgrades and available software applications.
With 7+ Years of work experience, Samaksh holds a BTECH in IT and an MBA Degree from a state university.

Ashpi is a seasoned Six Sigma Black Belt Certified Professional with 16 years of corporate experience in Serving & Managing several clients for Telecom, Ecommerce, DTH, and Fintech domains. She specializes in managing 38 internal down liners of Training & Quality for successfully addressing the client’s needs. In the capacity of Manager (Quality), Ashpi heads the transformative agenda of the organization. She Interprets data to draw conclusions for managerial actions/ projects & strategy, analyzes the scope for automation, proposes solutions to improve system efficiencies and reduce total expenses. Her core expertise spans across Inbound, Outbound, Sales, Collections, Customer Support & Credit. Over the years, she led several client management & delivery projects leadership while channelizing innovation and delivering breakthrough solutions at scale.

Results-oriented and highly accomplished, Naveen is a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience as a Business Head in the dynamic field of Public Cloud. With a proven track record of success, Naveen has established himself as a leader in the industry, driving exponential growth and delivering exceptional results. He has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in building and scaling cloud businesses from the ground up, taking full ownership of P&L, and driving remarkable business transformations. He embraces emerging technologies and leverages them to develop cutting-edge solutions that address complex business challenges.
