Responsibilities:

  • New client on boarding followsup sand help them to setup server as per their requirements
  • Address client’ stickets regarding server or application related issues
  • Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
  • Guide customer with simple, step-by-step instructions through chat,email,andcall
  • Conduct remote trouble shooting of client issues
  • Record technical issues and solutions in Tickets
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Followup with clients to ensure their server are functional
  • Report customer feedback and potential product requests
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and perform quality work on all services requests
  • Help create technical documentation and manuals

Requirements:

  • Good Language and Strong Communications Skills
  • Understanding of Computer Support and Trouble shooting
  • Knowledge of Windows Server product sand/or Apple Operating Systems
  • Ability to Work in a 24 *7 Team structure
  • Ability to Prioritize Projects
  • Expected to work in shifts covering good overlap with US time zones.

Professional Experience: 0 Months to 1 year
Education: BTech/MTech/BCA/MCA/BSc

Key Functional Responsibilities

  • Answering/Troubleshooting on technical queries and dealing US clients via calls & Emails.
  • Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
  • Provide support and identify all issues and prepare appropriate documentation all issues and solutions.
  • Collaborate with System Administrators to prevent system down time
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and perform quality of work on all service requests.
  • Diagnose and quickly resolve awide range of Windows and applications problems to help minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot in gas per preliminary guidelines to resolve the issues and escalate to respective department.
  • Perform multiple tasks simultaneously & complete them in timely manner.

Technical Skill Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Cloud Technology and Virtualization.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of ateam.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communications kills.
  • Good customer handling skills (written & verbal).
  • Understanding of US culture to handle USA based clients.
  • Self-motivated, positive & ability to adapt new changes/technologies.

This role refers to determine VDI /DaaS requirements by evaluating business needs and gather requirements, researching best practises, solutioning and assisting sales and marketing teams to close more clients.

Key Functional Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of the complaints, requests raised by the clients through chats, calls and emails.
  • Responsible for resolving the issues raised by the clients within the turnaround time and escalating it to relevant teams when required.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of the issue and resolution
  • Ensuring that all Company Policies and Procedures are followed while communicating with the customers.
  • Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
  • Liaising with existing clients, deliver strong after-sales support and technical back up thereby enhancing customer experience.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to clients maximize satisfaction.
  • Maintaining relationship with all existing clients. Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.

Skill Requirement:

  • B. Tech or BCA Graduate
  • 0-3 Years years Professional Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills (English and Hindi)
  • Should be a quick learner.
  • Having knowledge of the Cloud Telephony Products and Services is a plus
  • Should be comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
